Musketeers face quick turnaround for Game Two at 2:30pm ET tomorrow
OXFORD, MS. - Xavier baseball faced a tough test in the form of a red-hot Ole Miss team on Friday night. Fresh off of a series victory over then-No. 1 Louisville and a midweek walk-off victory over Alcorn State, the Rebels showed no sign of slowing down with a complete 13-0 shutout of Xavier. The Musketeers struck out 10 combined batters, including four in two shutout innings from Evan Miller.
Xavier returns to the field tomorrow to face the Rebels in Game Two, set for 2:30 p.m. ET.Â
