The graduate student placed tied for sixth at the Xavier Invitational
NEW YORK - Imaad Qureshi was named the BIG EAST Golfer of the Week on Wednesday afternoon. He earns the honors for the first time in his career.
Qureshi posted his first top-10 finish of the season, and the second of his career, at the Xavier Invitational at Maketewah Country Club on Oct. 18-19. He helped the Musketeers post a 54-hole team total of 881 (+29), ranking tied for fifth out of 12 teams.Â
The Bloomfield Hills, Mich., native finished the tournament tied for sixth with a score of 215 (+2).
