OMAHA, NEB - The Musketeers played No. 24 Creighton closely, but in the end they fell by a score of 18-25, 22-25, 22-25. It was a relatively balanced attack, and Xavier's weapons kept the Blue Jays on their heels, but nonetheless, Creighton came away with the victory.

Xavier moves to 10-14 this season, and Creighton climbs to 24-3.

NOTABLES

• Carrigan O'Reilly was nothing short of incredible, as she led the team in kills (8), hit percentage (.636), assists (17) and digs (12). It marks her 9th double-double of the year.

• In two sets of action, Kelly Franxman registered seven kills and a .235 hit percentage.

• Freshman Emma Grace stayed hot with a team-high 10.5 points. She had seven kills to go with two aces, three blocks and nine digs.

• Delaney Hogan led the team with four blocks (one solo), and added three kills.

• Ellie Chaffee was extremely efficient with five kills on nine attacks without an error for a .556 hit percentage.

• Behind O'Reilly's team-high 12 digs, Stevie Wolf had 11, MaryAnn O'Toole and Emma Grace had nine, and Alyssa Overbeck had eight.
