CINCINNATI --- The Xavier University Musketeers, 11-2 overall and 4-2 in the BIG EAST Conference, host the University of Connecticut Huskies on Saturday at noon at Cintas Center.
Xavier has not played a game since a 68-55 win at Butler on Jan. 30. XU, which has won three straight games, has only played one game since its 74-73 home win over Providence on Jan. 10.

• Xavier has two players in the top 10 in scoring in the BIG EAST: sophomore Zach Freemantle (seventh at 15.0 ppg.) and senior Paul Scruggs (eighth at 14.6 ppg.).
• Xavier senior Paul Scruggs leads the BIG EAST and is 15th in the nation in assists at 6.0 apg. He is second on the team (eighth in BIG EAST) in scoring (14.6 ppg.) and is third in the BIG EAST (50th in the nation) in assist-to-turnover ratio at 2.36.
• Xavier sophomore Zach Freemantle leads the team in scoring at 15.0 ppg. (seventh in the BIG EAST), rebounding (second in the BIG EAST at 8.1 rpg.) and field goal percentage (ninth in the BIG EAST at .516).
