CINCINNATIÂ -Â No. 24 Xavier women's soccer remained undefeated to open the season, playing Ohio to a scoreless draw at Corcoran Field on Sunday evening to move to 1-0-1 on the season.
The Musketeer offense held the advantage in the first half, taking four shots to just two for the Bobcats, including a pair on frame, and creating five corner kick opportunities before the break. Molly McLaughlin, Emma Marcus and Sonia Vargas each had a pair of shot in the first 45 minutes but were unable to find the back of the net sending the game into halftime scoreless.
