The Musketeers move to 6-0-3 (0-0-2 BIG EAST) on the year
CINCINNATI - No. 19 Xavier men's soccer played Marquette to a scoreless draw on Saturday night at Corcoran Field. The Musketeers moved to 6-0-3 (0-0-2 BIG EAST), while the Golden Eagles went to 4-3-1 (0-0-1 BIG EAST).
Xavier's nine-match unbeaten streak to start the season is the longest unbeaten streak to start a season since 2012 (The Musketeers started the year 10-0-4 before losing a match).

• Xavier was held without a goal for the first time this season. The Musketeers took 17 shots for the second time in as many matches (Xavier has 16 or more shots in five matches this season).
• Xavier took nine more shots (17-8) than Marquette, including two more shots on goal (4-2). The Musketeers also committed four more fouls (12-8), while the Golden Eagles took five more corner kicks (10-5).
• Eli Dulle, Dylan Kropp and Alejandro Steinwascher led the Musketeers with three shots each. Dulle also had two shots on goal.
• Cole Jensen (6-0-3) made two saves in 90 minutes of action. He now has five shutouts on the year and a 0.56 goals against average.
• The Musketeers continue BIG EAST action on Saturday, Oct. 1 vs UConn. First touch is set for 7 p.m. ET from Corcoran Field.
