Xavier ranks tied for ninth with a score of 298 (+10)

HARDEEVLIEE, S.C. - Xavier ranks tied for ninth after one round of action at the 2023 BIG EAST Men's Golf Championship Presented by JEEP. The three-day tournament is being held at Riverton Pointe Golf Course.

Xavier hit 298 (+10) on the opening day of the tournament. The Musketeers are tied with DePaul who posted the same team score. Seton Hall ranks first with a score of 286 (-2), four strokes ahead of Butler (290, +2).

Individually, three Musketeers rank tied for 15th to pace the team: Carson Bellish, Jack Korotcoff and Mason Witt. All three players hit 73 (+1) on Friday.

Round two action begins at 8 a.m. on Saturday, April 29.
