Desmond Claude Earns Another BIG EAST Conference Honor

CINCINNATI --- Xavier University sophomore Desmond Claude was named to the BIG EAST Conference Honor Roll today for the second time this season after averaging 18.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists in games vs. UConn on Jan. 10 and at Providence on Jan. 13. Claude scored 21 points in the win at Providence. Claude also earned the honor earlier this season on Nov. 13.
Claude is second on the team and in scoring at 15.2 ppg. (14th in the BIG EAST), assists at 3.7 apg. (11th in the BIG EAST) and assist-to-turnover ratio at 1.84 (10th in the BIG EAST).
