Xavier is looking for its third-straight win.
CINCINNATI --- The Xavier University Musketeers, 9-8 overall and 3-3 in the BIG EAST Conference, host the Georgetown University Hoyas, 8-9 overall and 1-5 in the BIG EAST Conference, on Friday night at 6:30 p.m. at Cintas Center. Xavier, winner of two-straight games, is looking to secure its first three-game winning streak of the season.
Xavier has played the third-toughest schedule in the nation, according to the latest KenPom rankings. Only Purdue and Arizona have played tougher schedules to date. XU ranks No. 26 in KenPom and No. 35 in the NCAA NET rankings.

• Xavier grad. student Quincy Olivari is fourth in the BIG EAST in scoring at 17.6 ppg., third in 3-point field goals per game (2.82) and second in 3-point percentage (.429).
• Xavier senior Dayvion McKnight leads the BIG EAST and is 13th in the nation in assist-to-turnover ratio at 3.44. He is fifth in the BIG EAST in assists at 5.1 per game. He is coming off a Xavier career-high tying 20-point game vs. Butler on Jan. 16.
• Xavier sophomore Desmond Claude is second on the team in scoring at 15.8 ppg. (eighth in the BIG EAST), including career-high 26 points in the Butler win on Jan. 16. Claude is also second on the team in assists at 3.7 apg. (tied for 10th in the BIG EAST).
• Xavier freshman Trey Green scored a career-high 23 points at Providence on the strength of five 3-pointers. Green led XU's big second half with 18 points after halftime.
• Xavier senior Abou Ousmane is fourth in the BIG EAST in offensive rebounding (3.0 rpg.), including eight vs. UConn, and is fourth in the BIG EAST in blocks (1.5 bpg.).
