Women's Tennis Takes 4-3 Win Over Toledo

The Musketeers return to Eastern Hills to host Indiana on Sunday, Feb. 4 at 10:00 a.m.

In doubles, Xavier swept all three courts. Imani Graham and Anna Roggenburk took court No. 1, 6-4. Abby Nugent and Ellie Brotherton won 6-3 on court No. 2. On court No. 3, Emily Flowers and Sofia Mazzucato won 6-4.
In singles play, Xavier picked up two set wins on No. 5 and No. 6, with Sofia Mazzucato taking the No. 5 court, 6-2, 6-2, and Emily Flowers winning the No. 6 court, 6-4, 7-5.
Toledo picked up two set wins on No. 1, 6-1, 6-2, against Imani Graham, and No. 3, 6-2, 6-1, against Abby Nugent. The Rockets also picked up a three-set win 7-5, 2-6, 6-3, on the No. 2 court against Anna Roggenburk to tie the match at 3-3 with one court remaining.
On the No. 4 court, Abigail Siminski took a 6-4, 4-6, 6-3 win to clinch the match for the Musketeers.
