Kaya Hood is a middle blocker from Roswell, Georgia.
CINCINNATI - Head Coach Christy Pfeffenberger announced the addition of graduate transfer Kaya Hood to the roster ahead of the 2025 season.Â
"I am thrilled to add Kaya to our roster," said Pfeffenberger. "She has overcome a lot in her career, and is ready to play some of her best volleyball. She will add a new level of play to our middles that the gym will benefit from. Excited to have her as a Musketeer!"
Hood joins the Musketeers from Michigan State where she spent two seasons with the team. The 6-foot-5 middle blocker recorded her first kill as a Spartan against Northwestern on November 27.
Prior to Michigan State, the Georgia native played two seasons at Samford.
