LAST TIME OUT

• Xavier completed action at the Tennessee Invite on April 6. The two-day meet was held at Tom Black Track at LaPorte Stadium in Knoxville, Tenn.

• Xavier had 12 student-athletes post personal-best times at the meet. Ten student-athletes also posted top-10 finishes.

• The Musketeers also had nine performances rank in the top-10 of the school record book.

NOTABLES

• The Xavier women combined to record eight top-10 performances in school history during the 2023 outdoor season, highlighted by two school records by Claire Sievern. She set the school record for the 1,500-meter run (4:24.46) and the 800-meter run (2:05.84).

• The Xavier men combined to record 12 top-10 performances in school history during the 2023 outdoor season, highlighted by Trevor Nolan who set the school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (8:52.30) at the BIG EAST Championships on May 12.

• Trevor Nolan and Claire Sievern both competed at the 2023 NCAA East Regionals on May 25-26 in Jacksonville, Fla.

• Xavier has sent student-athletes to the NCAA Regionals in back-to-back seasons (Rachel Butler competed in the 10,000-meter run on May 26, 2022).
