CINCINNATI - Xavier track and field heads over to Nashville to compete in the Music City Challenge two day meet on Friday, February 14, and Saturday, February 15. The meet is being held at the Vanderbilt Multipurpose Facility in Nashville, Tenn.

- Xavier posted 35 top-20 finishes at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic on Friday, Jan. 24.Â
- Junior Myla Toole wins the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:52.02, the seventh fastest time in school history.
- Freshman Mateo Mosquera finished second in the 60-meter dash with a time of 6.86, the second fastest in school history, and sixth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.42, the seventh fastest in school history.
- The 4x400-meter men's relay, featuring sophomores Edvards Kamaruts, Brock Harris and freshmen Jaiden Lailson and Grant Coughlin finished first overall with a time of 3:18.85, the second fastest time in school history.Â
- All told, the Musketeers recorded 14 top-10 program marks at the meet.

- Graduate student Neil Letellier broke the school record in the one-mile run with a time of 4:07.64 at the PNC Bellarmine Classic on Jan. 24. The previous record was held by Grant Parrelli in 2017 with a time of 4:11.17. The 4x400-meter men's relay, featuring senior Sean Beam, sophomore Edvards Kamaruts and freshmen Jaiden Lailson and Grant Coughlin finished first overall with a time of 3:20.74, the third fastest time in school history.Â

- Xavier returns Drew Allen who posted the seventh fastest time in school history at the championship meet in the 5,000-meter run (14:56.45) and Aiden Amshoff who recorded the eighth fastest time in school history at the championship meet in the 5,000-meter run (14:56.58).
- The Xavier women also had three top-10 school performances in relays at the BIG EAST Championships: DMR (12:10.55 - 9th), 4x800 (9:15.61 - 5th) and 4x400 (3:57.23 - 5th).
