Xavier Travels to the Golfweek/Stifel Spring Challenge

CINCINNATI - The Xavier Musketeers men's golf team is set to continue its spring season at the Golfweek/Stifel Spring Challenge, held at True Blue Golf Club in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, from March 31 – April 2. The Musketeers will look to build momentum in their fifth event of the spring as they take on a strong field at the par-72, Mike Strantz-designed course known for its wide fairways, strategic bunkering, and demanding greens.

- Ray Filter (So.) – A key sophomore contributor who will look to continue his steady play.
Carson Bellish (Jr.) – One of Xavier's most experienced players, bringing leadership to the lineup.
Zach Burton (Jr.) – A consistent performer aiming to make an impact in the spring campaign.
A.J. Wilhelm (So.) – A sophomore looking to build on his performances so far this season.
Kellen Dean (Fr.) – The freshman continues to gain valuable experience in his latest spring start.
COURSE DETAILS
- True Blue Golf Club is known for its links-style layout, generous landing areas off the tee, and challenging approach shots into large, undulating greens. The 7,126-yard course demands creativity and precision, rewarding aggressive play while punishing wayward shots with deep waste areas and strategically placed hazards.
WHAT TO WATCH FOR
- Building Spring Momentum – With this being their fifth event of the semester, the Musketeers look to capitalize on experience gained throughout the spring.
- Sophomores Stepping Up – With two sophomores in the lineup, the Musketeers will look for Filter and Wilhelm to provide steady scoring.
