Xavier Moves into Second Place After Two Rounds at BIG EAST Championships

OKATIE, S.C. - Xavier men's golf moved into second place in the team standings at the BIG EAST Championships after two rounds of action. The three-day tournament is being held at Callawassie Country Club.

The Musketeers have a 36-hole score of 570 (-6), only five strokes behind Marquette (565, -11). Butler ranks third with a score of 575 (-1).

Individually, Carson Bellish ranks tied for fourth with a 36-hole score of 141 (-3). Ray Filter (t-7th) and Zach Burton (t-9th) also sit inside the top-10 of the individual standings.

UConn's Alex Heard leads the field with a score of 137 (-7).
