CINCINNATI - Xavier head women's basketball coach Billi Chambers has added Mya Moore to the 2025-26 roster. The 6-foot-2 forward joins the Musketeers from Cleveland State.
"Mya's addition to our program will give us the strong interior presence that we have been missing," said Chambers. "Her physicality, great touch around the rim and knack for rebounding will create multiple scoring opportunities for us, while her defensive intensity will continue to elevate our standard, daily. Her best is yet to come and we are excited to bring her to Xavier for the final year of her career!"
Moore played in 37 games for the Vikings during the 2024-25 season, averaging 3.8 points and 2.5 rebounds per game. She added 34 blocks, ranking second on the team and ninth in the Horizon League.
Moore also ranked second on the team in field-goal percentage (.530). She added 13 assists and 11 steals. Moore helped the Vikings to a 27-10 overall record last season and an appearance in the WNIT Great 8.
The Milwaukee, Wis., native began her playing career at Seattle University (2022-24). Moore played in 59 games for the Redhawks, averaging 9.7 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. She added 73 assists, 63 blocks and 57 steals.
