Musketeers Drop BIG EAST Road Game at Creighton

OMAHA, Neb. - Xavier dropped an 82-64 BIG EAST road game at Creighton on Tuesday night at D.J. Sokol Arena.
The Musketeers moved to 10-9 (3-7 BIG EAST), while the Bluejays improved to 8-11 (4-6 BIG EAST).
Xavier returns to action on Sunday, Jan. 25 vs Georgetown. Tip-off is slated for 1 p.m. from Cintas Center with the game being aired on ESPN+ and The Varsity Network.

- Xavier finished with a .365 field-goal percentage (23-for-63) and went 7-for-20 from behind the arc. The Musketeers were also 11-for-15 from the foul line.
- Creighton won the battle on the glass, 46-36, and scored 10 more second-chance points (21-11) than Xavier. The Bluejays also held a 17-4 advantage in bench points and had 10 more points in the paint (36-26).
