Xavier is coming off a comeback win over DePaul.
CINCINNATI --- The Xavier University Musketeers, 12-10 overall and 4-7 in the BIG EAST Conference, visit the No. 3 University of Connecticut Huskies, 21-1 overall and 11-0 in the BIG EAST, on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. Xavier snapped a three-game losing streak with a 68-66 win over DePaul on Saturday. UConn enters Tuesday's game with a 17-game winning streak.
Xavier graduate student Tre Carroll, who was named on the weekly BIG EAST Conference Honor Roll for the third-straight week, enters the UConn game 24 points shy of 1,000 for his collegiate career.
