Xavier Athletics Launches Strategic Revenue Initiative Through New NOCAP Sports Partnership
05.27.26 | General, Athletic Department, All For One Fund
CINCINNATI -Â Xavier University Athletics has entered into a new revenue-generating partnership with NOCAP Sports, a national platform designed to help college athletic departments build sustainable, non-traditional income streams by leveraging their institutional business networks.
Through the partnership, Xavier-affiliated businesses and decision-makers will gain access to a portfolio of vetted national service providers across multiple categories including payment processing, employee benefits, logistics, payroll, energy consulting and business operations. When businesses choose to work with these partners, a portion of the revenue generated supports Xavier Athletics – at no additional cost to the business.
The initiative is designed to complement Xavier's existing fundraising and revenue efforts by tapping into the broad network of Musketeer alumni and business community supporters who are already making purchasing decisions in these categories.
"Xavier has an incredibly engaged community of alumni and business leaders, and this partnership gives them a meaningful way to support our student-athletes simply by doing business they may already be considering", said Brian Hicks, Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Relations. "We're focused on finding creative, lasting solutions to fund the best possible experience for our programs, and NOCAP fits that vision."
"Xavier is exactly the kind of institution this model was built for - a passionate, tight-knit alumni base with real business influence. The Musketeer community has the ability to generate meaningful, recurring revenue for the athletic department just by optimizing decisions they're already making," said Adam Gunn, COO of NOCAP Revenue. "It's a win for the business and a win for Xavier, and we're excited to bring this to Cincinnati."
Xavier-affiliated business owners and decision-makers are encouraged to express interest and explore potential partnership categories by completing a short interest survey. There is no obligation to participate, and the process is designed to surface solutions that may already benefit their operations.
