2007-08: Competed in four events in the fall, clocking a career-best 8K time of 28:05.08 at the Pepperdine Invitational ? Ran four events in seven different meets for the track team ? Finished sixth in the 3,000-meter run at the Findlay Oiler Invitational with a time of 9:43.19 ? His time of 4:35.28 in the 1,500-meter run at the Early Bird Relays earned him ninth place.

2006-07: Recorded a season-best time of 30:36 8K at the Rocky Mountain Shootout ? Shaved over a minute off his first meet's time to turn in a season-best 5K time of 17:10.63 at the Xavier Invitational ? Recorded a season-best time of 4:23.65 in the 1,500-meter run at the Atlantic 10 Championships ? Named to the 2006-07 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2005-06: Ran a season-best 4:33.4 in the one-mile run at the Husker Invitational ? During the Fall recorded a season-best time of 27:07 8K at the National Catholic Championship ? Turned in a time of 4:19.49 1,500 at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships.
