2005-06: Recorded a season-best time of 25:21.39 8K at the Greater Louisville Classic ? Turned in a season-best time of 10:24.88 3,000 Steeplechase at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships ? Finished 800-Meter run in 2:11.79 at the Ohio State Invitational.

2004-05: Ran a season best 2:03 800 at the Marv Frye Invitational ? Had a season-best 4:07.51 1500 at the UC Early Bird Relays ? Ran a season-best 15:29.31 5K at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational ? In the fall ran a season-best 16:14 at the Xavier Invitational.
