As a Junior (2009-2010): Was a key doubles player at flight two in 2010 ? Earned a 13-8 doubles record during the dual match season with three different partners ? Went 8-6 in singles action in 2010 with all his wins coming in the No. 6 slot ? Teamed mostly with senior Anthony Palmenter in dual match doubles ? Was 3-1 in Atlantic 10 singles action.

As a Sophomore (2008-09): Despite not being a part of the singles lineup in the spring, Starr was a consistent force in the Flight 3 doubles slot, no matter who his partner ? Bouncing between three different partners, he posted a 12-7 doubles mark in dual meets, with one victory coming in the Flight 2 slot ? Opened the spring with victories in four of his first five doubles matches, splitting time with sophomore Bobby Deye and freshman Marc Pretorius ? Paired with Deye for his final nine matches of the season, going 6-2 in the eight that reaced decision ? Finished the fall season with a record of 4-4 in singles play and 5-6 in doubles play ? Was runner up in the Consolation Final of the "C" Flight at the Louisville Invitational.

As a Freshman (2007-08): Named a 2008 ITA Scholar-Athlete ? Saw limited singles action in his inaugural campaign ? Posted a 10-9 record overall in singles play, including a 4-2 mark in the No. 4 slot during dual meets ? Won four of his last five singles matches ? Paired with three different partners for doubles competition throughout the season ? Was most successful when paired with J.T. Torbeck, going 7-6 as a duo ?
