Caleb Poston was hired in the fall of 2016 as the women’s basketball video coordinator. Poston came to Xavier after graduating from University of Cincinnati in 2016 with bachelor's degree in sports administration and a minor in business. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in coaching education and athlete development.
Poston's primary job responsibilities include assisting in the program's video operations, including film breakdown, coordinating film exchange and helping Xavier players and coaches with individual film needs. Poston also assists the coaching staff in limited on-court activities during practice, advance scouting and on-campus recruiting.
