Ryan Gardner joined the Xavier volleyball staff as a volunteer assistant coach in the spring of 2021.
Gradner will assist in the day-to-day operations of the program.
He was previously a practice player for the volleyball program and was a member of the men's club volleyball team. He also spent time as a club sports intern and athletics marketing intern at Xavier.
The Winnetka, Ill., native graduated from Xavier in May of 2020 with a bachelor's degree in sports marketing and management. He is currently pursing his MBA at Xavier.
