Xavier Baseball Announces Important Dates

CINCINNATI - Xavier head baseball coach Scott Googins has announced three important dates for the upcoming month. Xavier baseball will hold a Scout Camp, an Alumni Golf Outing and participate in the annual Blue-White Series all in the upcoming month.
The first event will take place on October 7, 2005 as Hayden Field will be opened for Scout Day. Area MLB scouts are invited to the ballpark to take their first look at the 2005-06 edition of the Musketeers.
On October 14, 2005 the XU baseball team will welcome back alumni to take part in the 1st Annual Xavier Baseball Charity Golf Outing Benefiting Children's Hospital Medical Center. The outing will take place at the 36-hole Glenview Golf Course located at 10965 Springfield Pike in Cincinnati. For more information on this event please contact Jeff Ahr at (513) 608-8535.
The Musketeers will wrap up the fall season on October 15, 2005 with the annual Blue-White Series. The team will divided into teams and battle each other for bragging rights for the upcoming season in a three game series at Hayden Field.
