BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Xavier tennis team won its first match of two spring break matches in Florida. Wednesday afternoon the women's team edged out SIU Edwardsville, 4-3.

Xavier is now 8-4 in play with a win streak of three matches. The team snapped SIU Edwardsville's eight match win streak with the win as the Cougars fell to 8-3 on the season.
