Three Musketeers Finish in the Top 10 at Jan Weaver Invitational

MURRAY, Ky. - The Xavier women's golf team concluded the final round of the Jan Weaver Invitational this afternoon in Murray. Three Musketeers finished in the top 10 individually.
Lindsey Murray finished alone in fifth, good for her highest finish this year. The sophomore carded a final round 79 (+4). Classmate Hanna Lee finished tied for eighth after a final round 80 (+8).
Shane Crutchfield had the best round of the day for Xavier. The senior fired a final round 77 (+5), which put her tied for eighth with Lee.
Xavier, as a team, finished in third out of thirteen teams. The Musketeers shot a combined score of 318 (+30) in the final round.
Mikayla Smith finished in the top 30. The freshman shot a final round 82 (+10) to put her at tied for 29th. Junior Rachel Johnson finished in 38th after a final round 84 (+12).
The Musketeers return to the course on Friday, April 22nd for the BIG EAST Championships in Okatie, South Carolina.
