- The 3-1-2 mark in the BIG EAST marks the best start to conference play since starting the 2000 season when the Musketeers went 7-1 to open Atlantic 10Â play, winning seven straight after falling to Dayton in the A10 opener before finishing 8-1-1 in conference play.
- Toni Bizzarro collected seven saves to keep the Golden Eagles off the board during regulation. The goal in extra time is only the third Bizzarro has allowed in six conference matches.

Schembri lead the Musketeers with three shots, including a pair on frame.
- Each team took 10 shots and four corner kicks in regulation. The only shot of extra time was MU's game-winner.
