"Zach jumped 7.25m which is a season best but not quite the mark we were looking far. He struggled early in the competition but remained composed and confident and ended up pulling together at the end. He knows what he has to work on heading into the last few weeks of the season."
"Russell was jumping well today and over the bar by quite a bit but he kept clipping it on the way down. He is extremely strong right now and ready to jump high but he has to continue to hammer the little things."
"Ben and Jordan both ran PRs today in their races. They were within a fraction of a second each in breaking some big barriers, but it was definitely a positive outcome for those races."
"Matt had a great season opener. Coming off of having mono is difficult and he ran only 0.02 away from his lifetime PR in the 100m."
"Karmen hasn't high jumped in a long time so today was a bit of a rust buster for her too. She executed some things well but just couldn't clear the bar at 1.55m. She is set up well for her heptathlon next week at All Ohio which was the goal today."

Xavier travels to California for three meets on April 13-15. The Musketeers will compete at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 13-15), Mt. SAC Relays (April 13-15) and the Beach Invitational (April 15).
