Molly McLaughlin named to Weekly Honor Roll
NEW YORK - After helping Xavier collect a pair of wins to move into first place, senior Grace Bahr was named the BIG EAST Defender of the Week. Molly McLaughlin, who scored in each match, also earned a spot on the BIG EAST Honor Roll.
Bahr earns her third weekly honor of the season after leading the Musketeers to a pair of wins en route to taking over first place in the BIG EAST standings and clinching a berth into the conference tournament. The Xavier defense limited Marquette and DePaul to a combined 12 shots and just six on goal, while allowing just three corner kicks. Bahr added three points on offense as well, scoring an early-game penalty kick at Marquette before assisting on the game-winning goal.

She scored what ended up being the game-winner in Xavier's 2-1 win at Marquette, finishing a Grace Bahr corner kick at the far post to put Xavier up 2-0. McLaughlin also got the scoring started in the 2-1 win over DePaul, scoring shortly out of the break to give Xavier a 1-0 lead.
