Jacob Goodall Named to College Soccer News National Team of the Week

The senior defender helped the Musketeers to a 2-0 record last week
CINCINNATI - Senior defender Jacob Goodall was named to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week on Monday. He becomes the second Musketeer to earn the weekly honors this year as goalkeeper Matthew Rosenberg picked up the honors last week.
Goodall helped the Musketeers post a 2-0 record last week with wins over Eastern Illinois (W, 3-0) and crosstown rival Cincinnati (W, 2-1). The Musketeers are now 3-0 on the year and have only allowed one goal.
The Brandon, Fla., native, has played and started in all three matches, logging 254 minutes of action. Goodall and the defense have posted two shutouts this season.
Xavier returns to action on Wednesday, Sept. 11 at No. 9 Kentucky. First touch is set for 7:30 p.m. with the match being aired on the SEC Network+.
