CINCINNATI – Xavier men's tennis returns to action this weekend on Saturday, February 8th as they take on Cleveland State. The Musketeers will look to extend their two-match win streak at Eastern Hills Indoor Tennis Club. The match is set to begin at 4:30 p.m

- Xavier men's tennis picked up their second straight win of the spring dual season this afternoon in a 5-2 road victory over Wright State.
- In doubles, the Musketeers began with a 6-2 victory in the No. 1 spot courtesy of Brett Winters and Srdan Pejic. Xavier secured the doubles point after Michael Lee and Jan Vrba grabbed a 6-3 win in the No. 2 spot over William Morton and Leighton Brandon.
- In singles action, Dominic Macaluso secured a point for Xavier after winning 6-4, 6-3 in the No. 6 spot. Matthew Graft followed the effort with a 6-3, 7-6 (0-6) win in the No. 3 spot over Javier Alvarez. Wright State secured a point after defeating Shashank Reddy in the No. 5 spot, 7-6 (0-5), 6-2.
- Xavier responded with a 6-3, 7-6 (0-7) win in the No. 4 spot from Aaron Thompson. Srdan defended the No. 2 spot with a 3-6, 7-5, 6-3 victory to give Xavier their final point. Brett Winters fell to Param Pun of Wright State in the No. 1 spot in the final matchup of the afternoon.
