MaryAnn O'Toole Named to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

The sophomore outside hitter posted 3.44 k/s and 4.33 d/s last week
NEW YORK - Sophomore MaryAnn O'Toole was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday afternoon. The outside hitter helped the Musketeers post a 1-1 record in the team's opening week of action.
The Louisville, Ky., native led Xavier in kills last week, averaging 3.44 kills per set – totaling 31 kills over two matches. She ranked second on the team in digs with 39 (4.33 d/s), while adding two blocks and three assists.
O'Toole recorded a team-high 12 kills and 16 digs in Xavier's four-set win at Bellarmine on Saturday. She also posted a career-high 19 kills and a career-high 23 digs vs Marshall on Sunday.
O'Toole and the Musketeers return to action on Friday, Feb. 5 vs Cincinnati. First serve is slated for 6 p.m. from Cintas Center.
