Musketeers Fall in Second Game of Doublehead at Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. -Â Xavier baseball drops game two of the Saturday doubleheader, 1-0, to move to 6-11 on the season.
Xavier out-hit the Purple Aces, 6-2 overall, but Evansville got a run across in the third inning after UE's Troy Beilsmith reached on an error and scored on wild pitch. Xavier was unable to tie up the game, falling 1-0 in the second of two games on the day.
Xavier trails Evansville 2-1 in the series, which wraps up with game four on Sunday, starting at 2:00 p.m. ET.
