Musketeers finish weekend 1-1 following tonight's result

CINCINNATI OH. - Xavier faced a stiff test in No. 10 Louisville on Saturday night, but lost in three sets. The final was 16-25, 12-25, 10-25.

Xavier's record goes back to .500 on the season, having collected wins against South Carolina State, SIUE, Eastern Kentucky and Lipscomb.

NOTABLES

• Delaney Hogan was once again a force on the attacking end, garnering nine kills at a .467 hit percentage. She also had a block and a dig to her name.

• Carrigan O'Reilly was efficient on offense, dishing out 18 assists and scoring on four kills without an error. She was second on the Musketeers with 7 digs, too.

• Kelly Franxman also had four kills in the match, and she had a block and a dig on defense.

• Stevie Wolf had a match-high 10 digs.

• Xavier will take the short trip to the University of Cincinnati for a midweek match against their crosstown rival on Thursday at 6:00 pm ET.
