• Xavier is coming off a 78-41 loss at No. 10 UConn on Saturday, Jan. 15. Aanaya Harris led the Musketeers with 12 points, her eighth game in double figures this season. She added two rebounds and an assist.
• Mikayla Hayes added 10 points on 4-for-9 shooting her fifth game in double figures this season. She added four rebounds and a block.
• Kae Satterfield led the team on the glass with six rebounds. She chipped in four points and a team-high four assists.
• UConn won the battle on the glass, 45-40, and held a 28-14 advantage in points off of turnovers. Xavier held a 9-5 advantage in second-chance points. The Musketeers were also 6-for-6 from the foul line.
• Sophomore Mackayla Scarlett has scored in double figures in three of her last four games, averaging 10.6 points per game. She is 11-for-27 from behind the arc in those games. On the year, she has made 19 three pointers - more than half of the team's total (37-for-147).
