Jensen, Rasheed Named to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

NEW YORK - Makel Rasheed and Cole Jensen were named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday afternoon. Rasheed earns the honors for the first time this season, while Jensen picks up the accolades for the third time in as many weeks.

Xavier posted a 1-0 win vs Pacific on Friday, Sept. 9 to remain unbeaten on the year.

Jensen and Rasheed posted the team's fourth shutout of the season and limited the Tigers to only four shots (one on goal).

The Musketeers rank tied for first in the NCAA in goals against average (0.20). Individually, Jensen ranks tied for fourth in the NCAA in goals against average (0.20).

The Musketeers are back in action on Monday, Sept. 12 at Northern Kentucky. First touch is set for 7 p.m. from the NKU Soccer Stadium.
