CINCINNATI - Xavier men's tennis wraps up the Fall schedule this weekend, traveling to Chattanooga to take part in the ITA Ohio Valley Fall Regional, hosted by UT Chattanooga at the Champions Club Tennis Complex at Rivermont Park. Play opens on Thursday, October 12 and runs through Monday, Oct. 16.

All eight Musketeers will open action in the doubles bracket on Thursday morning, and five Musketeers will continue play on Thursday afternoon in the singles draw.

FALL RESULTS

Xavier collected 12 wins competing at the Youngstown State Invitational, facing players from Bellarmine, Cleveland State, Duquesne, Eastern Kentucky and hosts Youngstown State over two days at the YSU Indoor Tennis Center.
Ryan Cahill collected a pair of wins in singles action, and Pascal Mosberger, Marco Pennelli and Charlie Temming each picked up a singles win as well.
Cahill and Mosberger paired up to go 3-0 in doubles play, taking wins over duos from EKU, Duquesne and Cleveland State.
Kyle Totorica and Cristian Gonzalez picked up a pair of doubles wins as well, Pennelli and Temming paired up for a doubles win against EKU, and Pennelli picked up another win against YSU, partnered with Alex Adamec.

UPCOMING SCHEDULE

The ITA Fall Regional wraps up the Musketeers' fall schedule for 2023. Xavier will be back in action in Januray when the Musketeers start dual play.

THE MUSKETEERS

Xavier returns six letterwinners from last year's squad that finished the season at 12-9 overall.
The 2022-23 season marked a second-straight season with 12 wins, the first time the program had back-to-back 10-plus win season since the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons.
The Musketeer returners include Ryan Cahill, Pascal Mosberger, Marco Pennelli, Jorge Santamaria, Charlie Temming and Kyle Totorica.
Xavier also added a pair of freshmen, Alex Adamec and Cristian Gonzalez.
