CINCINNATI - Xavier men's tennis opens up home play this week, hosting Ball State at Eastern Hills Indoor Tennis Club on Wednesday, January 24 at 1:00 p.m.

- Ball State is 2-0 after opening the season with wins over Butler and EIU.
- Ball State went 13-10 overall and 5-5 in MAC play. The Cardinals fell to Western Michigan in the MAC Tournament Semifinals.
- Xavier faced the Cardinals last season in Muncie, with BSU taking the 6-1 win.

- The Musketeers fell, 7-0, at Ohio State on Sunday, moving the Musketeers to 0-3 on the season.

- The Musketeers will head across the river on Saturday, January 27 to face NKU at Five Seasons, set for a 4:00 p.m. start.
THE MUSKETEERS
- Xavier returns six letterwinners from last year's squad that finished the season at 12-9 overall.
- The 2022-23 season marked a second-straight season with 12 wins, the first time the program had back-to-back 10-plus win season since the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons.
- The Musketeer returners include Ryan Cahill, Pascal Mosberger, Marco Pennelli, Jorge Santamaria, Charlie Temming and Kyle Totorica.
- Xavier also added a pair of freshmen, Alex Adamec and Cristian Gonzalez.
