Duff’s Food Hall Now Open to All Patrons
CINCINNATI - Xavier Athletics has announced new offerings, fan reminders and updates for the 2024-25 basketball season.
'The Garage'
Xavier Athletics, in partnership with Xavier Sports Properties, is excited to introduce 'The Garage'. As part of the latest phase of improvements to Cintas Center, The Garage will open to guests at the men's basketball Opening Night on Monday, Nov. 4 against Texas Southern. The partnership with Garage Beer, provides a unique gathering spot delivering standing-room views from the northeast concourse into the arena. In addition to Garage Beer branding, the space includes pieces of the playing floor and the original wooden bleachers from Schmidt Fieldhouse, the original on-campus home of Xavier basketball dating back to 1928.
Duff's Food Hall
New for this season, Duff's will now be a food hall concept and be open to all guests from the time doors open through the Under 8-minute timeout of the second half. Accessible from the east concourse, Duff's Food Hall features rotating local favorites including but not limited to Quatman Café's famous burgers, Skyline Chili 3 ways, Sweets and Meats BBQ, Gold Spoon Creamery ice cream& Bibibop Asian Grill. Victory Vino Wine and Spirit Bar will be relocated into the Food Hall joining our new Duff's Craft Bar pouring the best brews from Ohio. Hoopy Hour returns with $2 OFF select beverages including draft beers at $7 for the first 60 minutes after doors open exclusively in Duff's Food Hall.
In addition, your favorite Xavier basketball personalities will break down the game's opponent with a pregame program starting about 40 minutes before tip-off. Co-hosts of the Sean Miller Podcast (@SeanMillerPod), Paul Fritschner and Adam Baum, and the former voice of Xavier Basketball Andy MacWilliams, will split duties throughout the season to give fans a scouting report of the opponent. Programming will occur at most home games, so follow @XavierGameday for complete details and schedule information.
Several enhancements introduced during prior seasons will continue for the 2024-25 season. See below for details.
Reserved Parking Lots Are Digital
All For One Fund reserved parking passes have again been distributed as digital passes for the season. Fans with parking passes should download and add the parking pass to their mobile phone's digital wallet. Fans should expect a short delay in normal parking lot entry time. The digital parking pass will only be scanned once, but be prepared to show the pass multiple times. This will ensure staff are able to direct vehicles to the appropriate parking location as quickly as possible.
New Traffic Patterns
In an effort to expedite fans arriving to Cintas Center, please know that gameday traffic routes for ingress may have changed. Guests are encouraged to review the recommended entry process by lot below and allow for extra time. More information about Lot Access Points can be found here.
Accessible Parking
Semi-accessible parking is now located in two locations, the south end of Lot C-2 and the south end of Lot C-1. These spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability. Guests are encouraged to arrive at the time gates open to improve their chances of obtaining an accessible parking space. Parking lots open 2 hours before game time.
