Individually, freshman Isabel Brozena placed tied for 15th with a score of 215 (-1)

HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo - Xavier women's golf placed eighth at the Ron Moore Intercollegiate on Oct. 6. The three-day tournament was held at University of Denver Golf Club at Highlands Ranch in Denver, Colo.

Xavier posted a 54-hole score of 873 (+9) to place eighth in a field of 15 teams. UNLV won the tournament with a score of 847 (-17), one stroke ahead of Kansas State (848, -16).

Isabella McCauley (Minnesota) took home medalist honors with a score of 202 (-14). Yvonne Chamness (Texas State) placed second with a score of 206 (-10).

Freshman Isabel Brozena paced the Musketeers, placing tied for 15th (215, -1) in a field of 81 golfers.

Xavier concludes its fall season on Oct. 18-20 at the White Sands Bahamas Invite in Paradise Island, Bahamas.
