Musketeers record season highs in blocks and aces.

ST. LOUIS - The Xavier volleyball team picked up their first win of the season with a 3-1 victory over Saint Louis on Friday night. The Musketeers battled back from a six-point deficit late in set three to take a 2-1 lead.

Xavier improves to 1-4 (0-0 BIG EAST) while Saint Louis drops to 2-3 (0-0 A-10).

Emma Grace recorded her 13th double-double with 11 kills and 13 digs.
Anna Taylor showed off in front of her hometown crowd with 11 kills, her second consecutive double digit tally.
The Musketeers recorded a season-high seven aces.
Margo Kemp added seven kills on a .429 clip along with a career-high nine blocks.
Xavier's front row combined for a season-best 12 blocks.
The Musketeers hit .333 on only two errors in set four to take the match.
