Freshman Jack Bilyeu scored his first career goal on Sunday night

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Xavier men's soccer dropped a 3-1 match at No. 21 Ohio State on Sunday night at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium.

Xavier returns to action on Friday, Sept. 13 at Siena. First touch is set for 4 p.m. ET from Hickey Field in Loudonville, N.Y.

NOTABLES

Xavier allowed a season-high 17 shots on Sunday night. The Buckeyes also had eight shots on goal.
The Musketeers took 10 shots (six on goal), the team's fourth match of the season with 10 or more shots.
The Buckeyes committed three more fouls (21-18) than the Musketeers. Both teams had four yellow cards and took four corner kicks.
