Musketeers Head to Providence and UConn for Final Road Trip

The 22-2 Xavier volleyball team will face Providence and UConn both for the second time this season.
CINCINNATI - The 22-2 Xavier volleyball team travels to Providence and UConn for the final road trip of the regular season.
The Musketeers beat both teams at home earlier this season, taking a 3-1 win over the Huskies and a sweep of the Friars.
XU is in sole control of second place in the BIG EAST standings at 11-1 and has already clinched a spot in the four-team BIG EAST Tournament field.
The Musketeers went 2-0 at home last weekend with sweeps of Villanova and Georgetown.
Xavier is tied with No. 1 Nebraska for most wins in the country (22).
The Musketeers were receiving votes in the Week 10 AVCA/Taraflex Poll and moved up to 25 in the RPI this week.
