CINCINNATI - Mariyah Noel posted her first career double-double with 22 points and 10 rebounds on Friday night, leading the Musketeers to a 62-61 win over Purdue Fort Wayne at Cintas Center.
The Musketeers continue their five-game homestand vs Dayton on Tuesday, Nov. 11. Tip-off is slated for 6:30 p.m. with the game being aired on ESPN+ and The Varsity Network.

NOTABLES
- Tuesday's game featured six ties and four lead changes. The Musketeers led for 34:27 in the game.
- The final tie of the game was 59-59 with 1:32 left in regulation. The Musketeers went 3-for-4 from the foul line down the stretch to take a three-point lead (62-59) with just over a minute on the clock. Alana Nelson hit a jump shot as time expired for the final 62-61 ledger.
- Mariyah Noel scored a team-high 22 points on 8-for-16 shooting to go along with 10 rebounds (both career highs). She added one steal and one block.
- MacKenzie Givens scored a career-high 11 points and grabbed a career-high six rebounds in 29 minutes off the bench. She now has two career double-figure scoring games.
- Savannah White added nine points, six rebounds and one steal. Petra Oborilova finished with seven points, six rebounds and four assists.
- Meri Kanerva chipped in five points, four assists and three rebounds.
- Xavier posted a .414 field-goal percentage (24-for-58) and went 5-for-20 from behind the arc. The Musketeers were also 9-for-13 from the foul line.
- Purdue Fort Wayne went 24-for-63 from the floor and 9-for-26 from behind the arc. The Mastodons went 4-for-8 from the foul line.
- Xavier scored two more points in the paint (30-28) than Purdue Fort Wayne and had eight more fastbreak points (12-4). The Mastodons scored 10 more points off of turnovers (16-6) and had seven more bench points (22-15).
- Xavier won the battle on the glass, 43-31, and held a 7-6 advantage in second-chance points. The 43 rebounds are the most in a game by the Musketeers since Dec. 9, 2022 vs Cincinnati (47 rebounds; W, 48-35).
