HARDEEVILLE, S.C. - Xavier women's golf ranks first in the team standings at the BIG EAST Championships after two rounds of action. The three-day tournament is being held at Riverton Pointe Golf and Country Club.

The Musketeers have a 36-hole score of 592 (+16). Georgetown ranks second 604 (+28), while Creighton ranks third 621 (+45).

Individually, Kara Carter ranks first with a 36-hole score of 147 (+3). Three players are tied for second, including Emma Welch (148, +4) and Madison Reemsnyder (148, +4).
