MACON, Ga. - Xavier women's golf posted a runner-up finish at the Brickyard Collegiate on Tuesday afternoon. The two-day tournament was played at Brickyard Golf Club in Macon, Ga.

The Musketeers posted a 36-hole score of 604 (+28), finishing two strokes behind tournament host Mercer (602, +26). The field consisted of 10 teams.

Xavier posted a score of 296 (+8) on Tuesday, the lowest team score round of the tournament.

Belmont's Sloane Biddle took home medalist honors with a score of 145 (+1) in a field of 63 golfers.

Individually, Isabel Brozena and Kara Carter placed tied for fourth with scores of 149 (+5) to pace the Musketeers.

Since the start of the 2022-23 season, the Musketeers have now posted 12 top-five finishes with four tournament titles and four runner-up finishes.

Xavier returns to action at the BIG EAST Championships on April 19-21 in Hardeeville, S.C.
