Volleyball Announces Home Schedule

The Musketeers will play 13 matches at Cintas Center.
CINCINNATI, Ohio -Â The Xavier University volleyball team announced its 2025 home schedule which includes 13 matches to be played at Cintas Center this fall, two more than the previous season.
The Musketeers open the home slate by hosting the Xavier Tournament from Sept. 4-6. The field includes IU Indy, Miami (OH) and Eastern Kentucky. Xavier and IU Indy will open the tournament on Thursday night, followed by two matches on Friday and three matches on Saturday.
XU will then host Morehead State for the final non conference game at Cintas Center on Sept. 20.
Xavier will play nine BIG EAST games at home this year in a shortened 16-game conference schedule. Butler is slated to visit Cincinnati for a midweek matchup to open the BIG EAST schedule.Â
The following eight games will be played in pairs over the following weekends. UConn and Providence visit Oct. 10 and 11, St. John's and Seton Hall are set for Oct. 24 and 25, Villanova and Georgetown will be played Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, and DePaul and Marquette will close out the regular season on Nov. 15 and 16. Creighton is the lone BIG EAST team that will not visit Cintas Center this season.
The complete 2025 schedule will be announced in the coming weeks. Season tickets and individual game tickets will be available for purchase closer to the start of the season.
