He enters his second season with the program
CINCINNATI - Xavier head women's basketball coach Billi Chambers announced the promotion of Kevin Hermansader to assistant athletic director for women's basketball on Wednesday.
"Since the moment Kevin joined our program last season in the graduate assistant role, he has provided invaluable support in a variety of areas," said Chambers. "He has assisted in managing the day-to-day operations, created and implemented analytical support systems and directly oversaw a crew of student-managers. We are thrilled to reward his hard work and are grateful to continue to have him as a part of our program."
Hermansader served as Xavier's graduate assistant during the 2024-25 season. Prior to Xavier, he was a student manager for the Delaware women's basketball program (2021-24) - serving as the head manager and basketball operations assistant for his final two years with the team.
