CINCINNATI --- The Xavier University Musketeers, 12-12 overall and 4-9 in the BIG EAST Conference, host the Marquette University Golden Eagles, 9-16 overall and 4-10 in the BIG EAST, on Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. at Cintas Center. Xavier is coming off an 87-82 overtime loss to No. 17 St. John's on Monday at Madison Square Garden.

Graduate student Tre Carroll, who leads the BIG EAST in scoring at 18.0 ppg., has scored 20 points or more in six of the last seven games. He passed the 1,000-point mark for his collegiate career on Monday.

• Xavier graduate student Tre Carroll leads the BIG EAST in scoring at 18.0 ppg. and is third in field goal percentage at 50.1 percent. He is second on the team and 10th in the league in rebounding (5.7 rpg.) and first on the team and sixth in blocks (1.3 bpg.).
• Xavier senior Malik Messina-Moore is second on the team in scoring for BIG EAST games at 14.2 ppg., which ranks 13th in the league. He is tied for seventh in the BIG EAST in assists at 3.6 apg. and fifth in the BIG EAST in assist-to-turnover ratio at 2.49.

Borovićanin posted his eighth double-double of the season (ranked third in the BIG EAST) with 12 points and 10 rebounds at St. John's.
• Xavier sophomore Jovan Milićević is second on the team in scoring at 11.3 ppg. and is tied for 11th in the BIG EAST in 3-point field goals per game (1.8).
• Xavier sophomore Anthony Robinson enjoyed his best game of the season at St. John's, contributing 10 points on 5-6 shooting from the field to go with four rebounds.
